SubzBid is construction bid-management software for contractors. Review project requirements with links to source documents, organize bids, and prepare proposals with your team.
Connect your project conversations.
SubzBid lets you connect your own Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, or Microsoft 365 mailbox to prepare RFIs, bid emails, and follow-ups from a project.
With your permission, SubzBid reads mailbox messages and creates email drafts. You review and send each draft in your mailbox. Sent messages and replies in conversations you start from a project appear in that project’s contact history.
Email connections are optional. You can disconnect your mailbox in Settings and revoke access through Google or Microsoft.
